Dark Cave is one of the most popular Vietnam caves in Quang Binh province. It is a part of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, about 50 kilometers away from the center of Dong Hoi city.
Unlike other caves that are artificially lit, this cave is mostly dark. The Dark Cave entrance is hidden beneath lush foliage. Thus, it is only accessible via a steep, rocky path that meanders through the forest.
Currently, the aerial zipline game in Dark cave is a type of adventure tourism that has been put into operation for the first time in Chay River.
Paradise Cave is labeled the world’s most beautiful and magnificent cave when it was discovered in the central province of Quang Binh in 2005, in the Central Vietnam, called “Underground Palace”. Paradise cave is surrounded by forested karts peaks, this remarkable cave system extends for 31,4 km, though most people only visit the first kilometer. The scale is breathtaking, as wooden staircases descend into a cathedral-like space with colossal stalagmites and glimmering stalactites.
This cave was created naturally by ancient karst geology, dating from 350 to 400 years ago. Therefore, the stalactites in the cave still keep a unique, diverse, and charming beauty.

MORNING: Paradise Cave
7:30 – 8:00 am: Our driver and tour guide will pick you up at your accommodation in Dong Hoi or Phong Nha. Then, we will drive you to visit Paradise cave and Dark cave. After 1 hour of driving, we first visit Paradise cave, an “underground Royal Palace”. It is the king of Phong Nha caves and even other caves in Vietnam.
Take buggy electric car from the entrance to Paradise Cave (about 2km) or you can choose to walk to see wild nature on the way
Walk up 500 steps on foot to the mouth of cave, then walk down over 50 steel steps to inside the cave
Then walk around 1 km more to see and take photos the amazing stalactites and stalagmites of Paradise Cave, such as Thach Thien Palace, Thien Ha Waterfall, Quan Tien converging, and Thap Lien flower. In addition, many images of cultures appeared in the cave, Champa tower, Buddha Guanyin, and Rong House from the Highlands of Vietnam

AFTERNOON: Dark Cave
Afternoon from 01:30 pm to 04:30 pm: continue to explore Dark cave and experience exciting activities on the Chay river by Kayak and Zipline. This cave is a branch of the Phong Nha cave system in Quang Binh, Vietnam. The Dark cave was surveyed by British Royal explorers in 1990 and 1992. It has a door 20 meters wide and 40 meters high.

Free time to have fun with kayak, zipling, games, swiming ... in Chay River
17:00 – 17:30 pm: Drive back to the city and drop you back at your hotel in Dong Hoi or Phong Nha and drop you off at the end of the trip.
